Internships: More Than Just a CV Pointer

Too often, internships are seen as a checkbox—a line for the resume, a reason to update LinkedIn. But for me, it was never about that. From the very beginning, I looked at internships as an opportunity to learn, evolve, and grow—not just as a corporate individual, but as a person.
Three months ago, I started my journey with EntreLogy as a Campus Ambassador. I was the only intern at the time, but I saw potential—not in the title, but in the experience.
Fast forward to today:
-I now lead a team of 7 amazing interns.
-I've had the chance to explore and contribute in areas like leadership, human resource management, and marketing strategy.
-And recently, I’ve taken on a new role as the Head of Student Program & Internship.
This journey has been nothing short of transformative. From building processes and leading teams to navigating challenges and mentoring peers—every step has helped me grow professionally and personally.
Internships are not just about the name of the company or the title you hold. It’s about how much you immerse yourself, how much you contribute, and how much you grow—as a professional and as a person.
An internship is what you make of it. It’s not about where you start, but how much you choose to learn, contribute, and grow along the way
